Introduction to STEM Racing
STEM Racing supported by FORMULA 1 is a globally recognized STEM education program that combines science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with the thrill of motorsports. Students Aged 15-16 years get the opportunity to design, build, and race miniature Formula 1 cars using industry-standard software and manufacturing tools. The program fosters creativity, teamwork, and innovation while providing real-world applications of STEM concepts.
At STEM Racing Kuwait, we aim to prepare students for future careers in engineering, technology, and business through hands-on learning experiences, competitions, and professional mentoring.
Important Dates & Events

Training will commence and continue for three weeks, with sessions held three days per week, three hours per day.
Late June - Early July 2025
Students will begin working on their projects by understanding regulations and producing their work.
Middle of July 2025
Students will showcase their work.
Team Selection
Two teams will be chosen to participate in the World Finals 2025 Singapore
Preparation for the WF 2025 Singapore
Selected teams will begin preparing based on the 2025 regulations for the WF 2025 Singapore.
Program Objectives
1. STEM Excellence
Develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills through engineering and design challenges.
2. Hands-on Learning
Gain experience with CAD software, aerodynamics, manufacturing techniques, and branding.
3.Collaboration & Leadership
Work in teams to simulate a real-world F1 team structure, taking on roles like Team Manager, Design Engineer, and Marketing Manager.

Compete in regional, national, and global competitions to showcase your skills and innovation.
What Students Will Learn
Engineering & Design
Learn how to design and optimize aerodynamics for miniature F1 cars using CAD software.
Manufacturing & Production
Gain hands-on experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, and material science.
Marketing & Branding
Develop a team brand, create sponsorship proposals, and manage digital media campaigns.
Project & Team Management
Work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and prepare professional presentations.
Racing & Competition Strategy
Test and race your car while analyzing performance metrics
